Claude W. Thomas

Claude W. "Bud" Thomas, 75 passed on to be with our Lord Friday, October 10, 2003 in Azle, TX after a long illness. Mr. Thomas was born to Howard and Minnie Pearl Thomas on July 20, 1928 in Minco, OK. Mr. Thomas married Susie Jones Long on May 20, 1960 and together they were blessed with three daughters. In 1972, he retired from the Air Force as a Radar Technician, after serving in Korea and Vietnam. Mr. Thomas will be greeted in death by his parents; his sisters, Glendena Sharp and Mattie Irene; brothers, Albert Thomas, Frank Thomas, and Albert "Jr." Thomas; and grandchild, William "Beau" Arrington. Survivors include his wife, Susie Thomas; daughters, Deborah Arrington and husband, Bud, Rebecca "Becky" Cartwright, Sherri Delvige and husband, Danny; grandchildren, Dorothy Arrington-Jackson and husband, Peter, Bryan Corder, Camilia Quintana, Jonathan Corder, Carol Arrington, Linda Delvige, Christopher Lee, and Dawn Arrington; sisters, Catherine Choate, Betty Lackey, and Margaret Kennedy; brothers, Sonny Thomas and Howard Thomas. Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2003 at Azleland Cemetery in Reno, TX.
