AZLE -- Darrell Howard, 51, a field supervisor, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at White's Chapel. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Darrell's wishes were for donations to be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 410, Dallas, Texas 75244. Mr. Howard was born March 28, 1952, in Fort Worth to Bill and Jo Howard.
