Preston Malin Carter, IIIBorn December 10, 1972 and died on December 11, 2003 in an automobile accident. He was the deeply loved son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Burr of Westchester, New York and Preston M. Carter, Jr. of Weatherford, TX. He will be missed terribly by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Grantham of Granbury, Tx. and Mr. Preston M. Carter of Brownsville, Tx. He is survived by his sisters, Natalie and Keely Carter and his brother Rhett Carter along with their mother Mrs. Nancy Carter. His cousins, Dr. Grady Alsabrook and Maya Alsabrook Lalonde will miss his infectious laugh and sense of mischief that only an older cousin can provide. Aunts and Uncle Catherine Carter and Sissy and Roger Alsabrook as well as Gail Hamilton will remember his loving presence. Preston, a graduate of the Alexander School, was talented in music and had been schooled in Las Angeles in audio engineering. He had just recently moved back to Texas to join Carter Properties in real estate development. His love of family and deep capacity for love and forgiveness made this young man's unique personality.
