Donald Keith Garlets, 69, and Barbara Anne Garlets, 61, of Weatherford died Sunday, December 28, 2003. Donald K. Garlets was born March 31, 1934 in Texline, Texas to Billy and Ruby A. Parks Garlets. Mr. Garlets was a retired electronic engineer. Barbara Anne Garlets was born October 1, 1942 in Laplata, MD to Harold and Catherine Bickerel Crouse. Mrs. Garlets worked for First Eye Care in Weatherford as an optical technician. Donald K. and Barbara A. had been married for 43 years. They had been residents of Weatherford for the past 28 years and were members of The Church in Peaster.Mr. and Mrs. Garlets are survived by their son, Brian Garlets and wife, Jeannea of Spencr, IN; daughters, Anita Kreipe and husband, Tom of Weatherford, and Cathy Williams and husband Mike of Crowley; and six grandchildren. Mrs. Garlets is survived by brothers, Harold Crouse, Jr. of Laplata, MD and Jeffrey Crouse.
