Aaron Gentry Crawford, 16, a loving and forgiving son, died Friday, January 30, 2004 in Azle.Aaron Gentry Crawford was born December 4, 1987 in Plano, Texas. Aaron was a freshman at Azle High School and equipment manager of the basketball team. He had recently joined a religious fellowship through AISD called F.I.S.H. Aaron was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, George Crawford; maternal grandparents, Charles Starr II, and Joan Starr.Survivors: Parents, David G. and Lorrie Starr Crawford of Azle; brother, Frank Nei Ritter of Fort Worth; sisters, Kimberly Ritter of Fort Worth, Mary Ritter of Fort Worth, Angelyn Crawford of Azle; paternal grandmother, Dorothy King of Odessa; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Hope Baptist Church, Springtown. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery, Springtown. The family will receive guests from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle.
