William Crawford Renois

SPRINGTOWN -- Bill Renois, 78, passed away Friday, March 12, 2004 at his home in Springtown surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: 1:00 p.m., Monday at First Baptist Church of Springtown. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to Springtown First Baptist Church Building Fund, 500 North Main, Springtown, TX 76082. Bill was born November 19, 1925 in Ft. Worth to Otto Renois and Mary Chapman Renois. He was employed with Swift & Company for over 40 years, retiring in 1992. Bill was a member of First Baptist Church of Springtown where he enjoyed teaching 3rd grade Sunday School. He was a faithful volunteer with the Springtown ISD. Bill served in the Navy during WW II. Survivors: Wife of 60 years, Roxie Renois; daughter, Priscilla Varney of Springtown; sons, Randy Renois and wife, Juli of Burleson, Paul Renois and wife, Beverly of Boyd; great-grandson, Justin Hinton of Springtown; sister, Gayle Stauffer and husband, Ed of Lake Whitney; brother, Harvey Renois and wife, Sue of Benbrook; four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren with one on the way.White's Funeral Home Springtown, (817) 220-7111
