SPRINGTOWN -- Juan Carlos Martinez, 23, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2004 in Azle. Funeral: 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 22, at White's Funeral Home Chapel in Springtown. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: Rosary, 7 p.m., Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Juan was born December 2, 1980 in Mexico. He was interested in soccer and enjoyed swimming. Juan liked Spanish and English music. He enjoyed visiting and joking with his nephews. Survivors: Father, Jesus Martinez; mother, Maria Santos, both of Springtown; sister, Martha Martinez of Arkansas; brothers, Santiago Martinez of Springtown, Ciprano Martinez of Mexico, Jesus Martinez of Ft. Worth, Antonio Martinez of Arkansas, Jose Manuel Martinez of Arkansas; and many other family members, friends and acquaintances.
