Estelle Norman

Estelle Norman, 87, a homemaker, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.Estelle Norman was born April 24, 1916 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Thomas and Mary Susan Howell Sorrels. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Aledo for over 40 years. She was also a member of the Triple L Club. Estelle was preceded in death by Angus Preston "Gus" Norman and sister, Mrs. Edd Davidson.Survivors include daughter, Susan Burkett and partner, Bev Anson of Fort Worth; grandson, Kurt and Jason Gunter-Helton of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Laura Fossett and husband, Roger of Fort Worth; "the only great grandson in the world," Preston Fossett; one niece, three nephews, and a host of friends.Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Aledo-Brown Cemetery, Aledo. The family will receive guests from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford.
