Grace Ellis

AZLE -- Grace Ellis, 99, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2004 in Azle. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Heart Association. Grace Ellis was born August 25, 1904 in Racine, WI to Henry and Matilda Hay Fritchen. She married Bert Ellis on October 16, 1933 in Kenosha, WI. Grace had lived in the community since 1976. She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters, and one brother. Survivors: Daughter, Dona Reeves of Poolville; son, David Ellis, of Poolville; grandchildren, Carrie Long and husband, Wayland of Poolville, Jane Weyenberg and husband, George of Racine, WI, Jody Persky and husband, Neil of Bedford; great-grandchildren, Libby, Abby and Binion Long, all of Poolville, Sarah and Sandra Weyenberg, of Racine WI; nephews, Ed Worsley and wife Jane of Oklahoma City, OK, Jack Allan Miller and wife Ana of Long Beach, CA, Tom Legue and wife, Ailene of Racine, WI; and niece Marsha Scharfen and husband, Bill of Long Beach, CA.White's Funeral Home Springtown, (817) 220-7111
