Mary Ruth Ross

Mary Ruth Ross, 77, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at a Weatherford nursing home.Ruth was born March 4, 1927. She was the loving wife of recently deceased Lt. Col. Joe W. Ross, USAF, Retired, for 57 years. A mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she gave all of herself for her family as well as being a friend to all that knew her. She will be greatly missed. Ruth was preceded in death by two sons, Lt. Col. John Lee Ross and Michael Joe Ross.Ruth is survived by her oldest son, Bob Wells and wife, Gwen of Atlanta, GA, as well as her youngest son, David Ross and wife, Becky of Weatherford; nine grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.Memorial Services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2004 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2401 Scott Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76103.
