Edward "Coca Cola Ed" Lisby, 72, died Thursday, May 13, 2004 in a Fort Worth hospital.Graveside Service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 15 at Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM Friday evening at White's Azle Funeral Home. Edward was born July 31, 1931 to William and Hattie Person Lisby. He served in the US Army and was a member of VFW Post 2137. Edward worked for Coca Cola for 48 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Lisby.Survivors: sons, Benny and Duane Lisby; sisters, Pauline Strickland and Myrtle Peterson; brothers, Bill and Wayne Lisby; granddaughter Kristin Lisby; 3 great grandbabies; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
