Helen S. Spurrier, 83, a retired nurse, died Thursday, September 30, 2004 in Azle. A loving sister, mother and NANA, in her final moment inhaled on earth and exhaled in heaven. Funeral: 3:00 P.M. Friday, White's Azle Chapel. Burial: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials: Good N.E.W.S. Living at Home/Block Nurse Program, 108 Denver Trail, Azle, TX 76020. Helen was born to William and Thelma Sincerney in Washington, D.C. December 15, 1920. She was predeceased by husband, W.F. (Rusty), son, Richard L. (Ricky) and granddaughter, Carol Spurrier Thomas. Survivors: daughter, Evelyn Spindle Tinney and husband, Frank; granddaughter, Cindi Tinney Admire and husband Randy; grandsons, Bill Tinney and wife Melissa, Allen Tinney and wife Michele all of Azle; grandaughter, Laura Spurrier Jones of Bowie; great grandchildren, Cody and Courtney Admire, Justin, Emily, Dakota and Josh Tinney, Ashlyn, and Layton Watson, Bret and Britney Thomas, Dakota and Layla Jones; sister, Allene Runyan of St. Petersburg, FL; brother, William H.
