Elmer E. Eubank, 88, a retired commercial carpenter, died Saturday, October 16, 2004 in Weatherford.Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial: Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, October 18 at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund, 1500 Ball Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.Elmer was born September 17, 1916 in a dugout in Greer County, OK. to Thomas Edward and Alma Malinda Langford Eubank. He worked as a carpenter for many years and was a lifetime member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Elmer and his wife were charter members of Trinity Lutheran Church of Weatherford. His great joys in life were woodworking, gardening, his church and family. Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Erna (Jentho), his parents, and sisters, Lottie and Ruby.Survivors: sons, Jerry and Larry Eubank of Weatherford and sons and daughters-in-laws, Norman and Barbara Eubank of Baytown, and Gary and Nancy Eubank of Weatherford; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
