Aline Spencer Lanza, 80, died Wednesday, October 27, 2004 in a Fort Worth hospital.Born July 18, 1924 in Eldorado, Oklahoma, to Roy K. and Lura L. Hutchinson Spencer, Aline had been a resident of Weatherford since 1968 before moving to Fort Worth to be close to her children. She was a homemaker, member of the Central Christian Church and Ridglea Christian Church, a loving mother and grandmother. Aline married Joe Lanza on April 13, 1945 in Eldorado, Oklahoma. Aline served as a volunteer for Campbell Health Systems for 22 years, having accumulated 7600 volunteer hours. She will be remembered for her friendly smile and helpful ways.Survivors include husband of 60 years, Joe Lanza; sons, Don Lanza and Paul Lanza; one daughter, Cindy Harrison; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sisters, Jeanetta Thomason, Nona Burkett, Tina Babek, Kata Werner; brother, Bill Spencer; all who loved her very much.Memorial Services are scheduled 2 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2004 at Ridglea Christian Church, 6720 W. Elizabeth Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.Private interment services will be held in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The family will receive guests from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Campbell Health Systems Auxiliary, 713 E.
