Betty Evelyn Michl, 76, died Monday, March 7, 2005 in Weatherford.Betty Evelyn Michl was born March 22, 1928 in Stephenville, Texas to James M. and Eula M. Kiker Logan. She was a graduate of Abilene High School. Betty married Gerald Michl in 1946. They lived in Illinois for thirty years before returning to Weatherford in 1976. Betty was a long-time employee of Texas Bank, a member of Couts Memorial United Methodist Church and past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star in Jasper County, Illinois.She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Gerald Michl and two daughters, Betty Kay Mainord and Mary Lyn Michl.Betty will be missed by her daughter, Sherry Michl Dold and husband, Bryan; son-in-law, Carlos Mainord and wife, Judy Mainord; grandchildren, Matthew Mainord, Mark Mainord, Tommy Mainord, Tiffany Mainord, Carrie Dold and Michael Dold; and great grandchild, Allee Mainord; sister, Marilyn Tate; and brother, Tom Logan.Funeral services are scheduled 10 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2005 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. Burial will follow in the East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford. The family will receive guests 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford.
