Mildred Oneta Cockburn Morrow

Mildred Oneta Cockburn Morrow, 88, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005 in Weatherford.Funeral: 10 a.m., Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Springtown. Burial: 3 p.m., Wednesday at Restland Cemetery in Olney. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at White's Funeral Home.Mildred was born May 31, 1916 in Olney, to Ernest and Nora Atchley Wright. She had been in the community since 1973. Mildred was a member of First Baptist Church in Springtown where she was a member of the Joy Ministry and a Sunday School Teacher. She worked at Tri-County Electric Coop in Azle and Ben Franklin Store in Olney. Mrs. Morrow was preceded in death by husbands, Fyke Cockburn and George Earl Morrow; brothers, Floyd and Earl Wright; and sister, Justine Watson.Survivors: Sons, Jerry and Jimmy Cockburn; brother, John Wright; and sisters, Wanda Crosthwait, and Leah Graber of Weatherford; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives, friends, nieces and nephews that will miss Aunt Mick.
