Julia Gilley, 92, loving mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2005 in Azle.Funeral: 11:00 A.M. Friday in White's Azle Chapel. Burial: Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P. M. Thursday at the funeral home. Julia was born July 22, 1912 to John and Frances Waldrop in Dido. She retired from Swifts Ice Cream after 35 years. Julia was considered as everyone's MaMaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Gilley, and sons, Thomas and Robert Gilley.Survivors: daughter, Jackie Fleming and husband Carroll; granddaughters, Sheila and A.W. Pierce, Charlotte and Joe South, Marsha and Harold Worley; grandsons, Rodney and Leslee Gilley, Brent and Carla Lindsey; great-grandchildren, Kendra Dennis, Todd , Buffie and Toby Worley, Jason and Aaron Gilley, Ashley DuPriest, Lindsey, Sean and Shane South, Carson and Christian Lindsey; great great grandchildren, Kaden Hoover, Zoey DuPriest, Whit and Drew Dennis, Morgan and Brie Worley.
