Penelope Cantu, 55, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2005 at her residence. Memorial service: 10 a.m., Tuesday at St. Peters Episcopal Church at Possum Kingdom Lake. Penelope Cantu was born Jan. 24, 1950 in Ft. Worth, to Hank and Mary Lou Goodwin Palmros. She was a devout Christian, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Penelope was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church where she was very involved in leading Bible study class. She was preceded in death by her father in 1990; and granddaughter, Madison in 1999. Survivors: Husband, Eugene Cantu; daughter, Cheryl Pannell and husband, Bill of Joshua; sons, Larry McCann and Damien Cantu, both of Possum Kingdom Lake, Paul Cantu of Mineral Wells; brother, Lyman Palmros of Dallas; mother, Mary Lou Palmros of Possum Kingdom Lake; and grandchildren, Patricia Lynn Cantu, and Travis Lynn Pannell.
