Louis Boyd "Bo" Freeman Sr., 80, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2005. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at White's Azle Chapel. Burial: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Bo was born Nov. 28, 1924. He served in the Navy during World War II. Bo owned a salvage yard for 36 years in Briar. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah "Susie" Freeman; son, Ben Freeman; one brother; and two sisters. Survivors: sons, Boyd Freeman and wife, Kaye, Windell Freeman and wife, Marilyn, Welton Freeman and wife, Terri, and Wayne Freeman and wife, Dee, all of Fort Worth; daughter, Brenda Lamb of Pampa; stepchildren, David Martin, Cheryl Tucker and Cindy Hearne, all of Fort Worth; numerous grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; caretaker and special friend, Martha Tullos; brothers, Kenneth Freeman and wife, Martha, and sisters, Edith Harris and Gaylon Merton.
