February 4, 1941 to T.R. and Clara Hester. He was pre-deceased by brother Thomas. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Wanda, brothers George Rodney and Teddy "Butch" Hester, as well as sons Ronnie of Dallas, and Randy of Azle, and grandchildren Stephanie Sierra, Jessie, Delaney, and Aiden Hester, as well as great-grandchildren Haley Sierra and Elija Hester, all of Dallas. Herman lived in and worked for the city of Azle for 18 years. He was a hunter, a golfer, and all-around horse-trader. Family and friends as well as gun shooters and bull shooters everywhere will miss him.
