Silas Earl Bradshaw Jr., 86, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2006. Silas Earl Bradshaw Jr. was born Aug. 4, 1919, in Springtown, the son of Silas E. and Hassie Clark Bradshaw. He retired from the Air Force and later owned and operated Manufactured Homes in Palm Springs, Calif., before moving back to the Springtown area in 2005. Mr. Bradshaw was a graduate of Texas Christian University earning a bachelor's degree in business administration. He was a 50-year Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Robert, Troy and Ted Bradshaw. Survivors: Wife, Alice Bradshaw of Weatherford; daughter, Julieann Dimock and husband, Gene of Joshua; grandson, Lance Wayne Estill and wife, Pamela, of Fort Worth; great-grandchildren, Michael Paul Estill of Joshua and Taylor Lynn Estill of Fort Worth; brothers, J.K. Bradshaw and wife, Wilma, of Springtown and Bill Bradshaw of Kerrville; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bradshaw of Springtown and Millie Bradshaw of California; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
