Mary Nell Steele

Mary Nell Davis Steele, 91, of Springtown, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2006 at home of natural causes.Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 31 at White's Funeral Home Chapel in Springtown. Burial will follow at Springtown Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home. Mary Nell was born May 20, 1915, in Grandview, the daughter of Claud and Mary Garner Davis. She was active in the Springtown Senior Center. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Alta Mae Barrick, two grandchildren, Nancy Suzanne and Joseph Gillis Steele.Survivors include her sons, Charles Bailey Steele and wife, Addie Ruth, David Wayne Steele and wife, Kelly; sister, Doris Claudette Stewart; brothers, John Jacob "Jack" Davis and Emmitt Edward "Ed" Davis and wife, Nancy; grandchildren, Mary Lou Steele Fairchid and husband Kevin, Milissa Steele Stanley and husband Glenn, Wendy Steele Cox and husband Bill, Phillip Steele and wife, Alexia, Brady Steele, Jeremy Steele, Christy Steele, Charles Green and wife, Carrie, Stephen Green and wife, Kelly, Bobby Green, Shane Reger and wife, Christin, Roger Mears, Jr., Colby Mears, and Landon Mears; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and precious friends.White's Funeral Home401 North MainSpringtown, Texas 76082817-220-7111
