Sherman Leonard Klein

Sherman Klein, 78, a gas plant operator, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2006.Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 15 at Springtown Church of Christ. Burial to follow in Springtown Cemetery. Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at White's Springtown Funeral Home. Sherman Leonard Klein was born July 30, 1927, in Wise County, the son of Mathis and Linnie Klein. He was a member of Springtown Church of Christ. Survivors: wife, Margie Klein; daughter, Linda Burtnett and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Jerrod Burtnett and wife, Ellen, twins, Brian Burtnett, Shane Burtnett, and wife, Amy; great-grandchildren, Bryson and Emily Burtnett, Katelyn and Aiden Rogers; brother, Jack Klein; sister, Jane Shores; other extended family and friends.
