Jack Cowan, 49, a loving husband, father, and son, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2006.Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 22 at White's Azle Chapel. Burial will follow at Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 Monday evening at White's Azle Funeral Home. Jackie Ray Cowan was born August 23, 1956 in Marlow, Oklahoma. He was a man of integrity who was hard working. He owned Jack Cowan Plumbing. Jack loved his family and hunting with his son. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Cowan and son, Bradley Cowan.Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Marsha Cowan of Azle; son, Colby Cowan of Azle; daughter, Kellie Cowan of Arlington; mother, Reba Thacker of Azle; sister, Karen Sursa of Utah; brothers, Mark Cowan of Florida, Curtis Cowan and wife, Shelli of Springtown; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
