Lydia Breeding Youngblood

Marie Youngblood, 78, of Weatherford, Texas went to her heavenly home with family at her side, on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at Community Hospice House, Fort Worth, Texas. Marie was born July 31, 1928 in Vernon, Texas to Ernest and Lydia Breeding. She married Henry L. Youngblood on October 18, 1947 in Weatherford, Texas. She was a homemaker and had been active in her church, Northside Baptist with the Mother's Day Out Program, her Sunday School class, Shut-In Outreach Program, Cub Scout Leader, Avon saleslady and Millsap Garden Club. She loved to cook for her family and friends and loved to travel with her husband, Henry. Marie is survived by her husband of nearly 59 years, Henry Youngblood; son, James Youngblood and wife, Elda of Mineral Wells; daughter-in-law, Debbie Youngblood of Mineral Wells; grandchildren, Jamie Davis and husband, Robbie of Conroe, Johnny Youngblood and wife, Stephanie of Mineral Wells, Heather Holmes and husband, Devin of San Francisco, CA., and Holly Mitchell and husband, Jason of Mineral Wells; great grandchildren, Jaci Youngblood of Mineral Wells and Robert Davis of Conroe; sister, Betty Zanchettin of Amarillo; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.Marie was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, David Youngblood in 1967 and Michael Youngblood in 2001; a brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Ruth Breeding; and a brother-in-law, Doc Zanchettin.Marie was a loving and giving person and will be greatly missed by her family and friends who will cherish her memory.Memorial Services will be held Thursday, September 7, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Northside Baptist Church, Weatherford, Texas with Rev. Van Houser officiating under the direction of White's Funeral Home, Weatherford. Interment will be in the East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford, Texas.
