George Robert Madden

George Robert Madden, age 94, died Friday, September 26, 2003 in a Weatherford nursing home.George Robert Madden was born February 20, 1909 in Fort Worth to George A. and Alice Madden. He worked for the Telephone Company in Fort Worth and retired there December 2, 1959, after forty-two years, seven months of service. He moved to Weatherford September 1, 1969. George was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Phoenix #275 of Weatherford, Eastern Star Chapter #21 of Weatherford and Gideon InternationalHe is survived by his wife, Mildred L. Madden of Weatherford; daughters, Barbara Lucas of Euless, Alice Hardin of Azle, Dianne Kramer of Azle; and step-daughter Ima Gene Nalley of S.C.In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Gideons International, P.O.
