William C. Carmack

William C. Carmack, 85, loving husband and father, of Weatherford, Texas passed away Thursday, October 5, 2006 at a local nursing home.William Clyde Carmack was born March 22, 1921 in Texarkana, Texas the son of Clyde Lafayette Carmack and Edna (Mealback) Carmack. He was a purchase agent for Exxon Off-Shore Drilling and an avid golfer.He is survived by his wife, Doris Smith Carmack of Weatherford; son, Michael Carmack and wife, Kristin of Weatherford; son, William Carmack and wife, Phyllis of Kenner, La.; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Carmack will lie in state from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, family visitation will be held 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday prior to services.
