Dwayne Murphy

Dwayne Murphy, 24, passed away Monday, October 16, 2006 in San Angelo. Funeral: 10 a.m., Friday at Hilltop Family Church. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at White's Springtown Funeral Home. Dwayne was born Dec. 9, 1981 the son of Robert and Joy Murphy in Fort Worth. He graduated from Springtown High School in 2000 and worked for his Dad. Dwayne enjoyed hunting and tournament fishing. With his outgoing personality, Dwayne was well liked by everyone who met him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Martha "MeMom" and Jimmy "PaPa" Fleming, and grandmother, Jody "Nonnie" Potts. Survivors: Parents, Robert and Joy Murphy; sister, Rachael Murphy, all of Springtown; grandparents, C.J. and Paula Murphy of Ft. Worth; great-grandfather, Howard Doyle of River Oaks; great-grandmother, Lois Rach of Robstown; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other loving family members and friends.
