Lori Butler, 43, died Friday, October 20, 2006 in Fort Worth.Lori Ann Butler was born Aug. 10, 1963 in Lubbock. Lori is survived by her sister, Melinda Butler of Lubbock; aunt, Ellen Glover of Azle; nephews, Jason Ziegenfuss of Azle and Joshua Ziegenfuss of Lubbock; and great niece, Neecy Ziegenfuss of Cartwright, Okla.Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at White's Azle Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. prior to funeral services.
