Mary Ethel Sullivan

Ethel "Granny" Sullivan, 92, passed away Friday, November 3, 2006 in Lake Worth. Ethel was born January 8, 1914 in Wise County the daughter of George and Ira Matthews Dutton. She was a lifetime resident of Springtown and longtime member of the Springtown Church of Christ. Mrs. Sullivan retired from the Springtown School cafeteria. She enjoyed sewing and shopping. Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edmond Sullivan; sisters, Iva Beach and Lola Davis. Survivors: Sons, James "Sandy" Sullivan and wife, Barbara, Jackie Sullivan and wife, Linda, both of Springtown; grandchildren, Mark Sullivan of Weatherford, Jeff Sullivan of Saginaw, Gay Sills and husband J.C. of Saginaw, Christy Sullivan of Ft. Worth; great-grandchildren, Heather Jackson, Josh Dunlap, Chelsea Sills, Bailey Goss-Sullivan, and Cara Sullivan; great-great-grandchildren, Forrest and Hunter Jackson; sister-in-law, Ruby Shires; and a host of other loving family members and friends.Graveside services: 2 p.m. Monday at Springtown Cemetery.
