Ray Lee Morris

Ray L Morris, 75, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 8, 2006. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Outreach Of Love Church. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at White's Funeral Home. Ray was born September 17, 1931 in Gatesville the son of Joe and Bertha Morris. He was a long time resident of Springtown. In 1979 Ray became a member of Outreach of Love Church where he was a greeter for 20 years and an usher for eight years. Mr. Morris was well loved by many friends in the community. He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, and two brothers. Survivors: wife, Shirley Morris; son, Charles Collins of Azle; daughter Sheri Levey of Springtown; grandchildren, Ryan Collins, Zach Nason, Jackie Nason, and Karlee Levey; brothers, Nolan, Ishamel, and Billy Morris; sisters, Ruby Atkinson, JoAnn Mullins, Johnnie Vinson; and many extended family and friends.
