Ruby Aline Parker

Ruby Parker, 94, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2006 in Wichita Falls. Graveside services: 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at White's Springtown Funeral Home. Ruby "Nanny Ruby" was born January 12, 1912 in Springtown the daughter of Ervin and Ida Williams. She was a long time resident of the Azle and Reno area. Ruby was an avid walker, enjoyed reading, and loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister; and an infant son. Survivors: Son, Dennis Parker and wife, Brenda of Holiday; daughter, Barbara Sue Goldfarb and husband, Abraham of Dallas; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
