Bruce Brian Swoyer

Bruce Brian Swoyer, 67, a retired postal worker, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at his home in Fort Worth. Services will be private for the family per Bruce's wishes. Bruce was born May 10, 1939 in Frackville, Pa. to William and Emma Swoyer. He is remembered as a man who would always help those in need, as well as his love and faith in God. Bruce will also be remembered for the love he had for his family, online family and the poetry he wrote as well as the dogs he loved best as his best friends. Dad the emptiness your passing has left behind can never be filled, but the memories will never be forgotten. Bruce was preceded in death by brother, Edwin Ketterer, Sister, Florance Karas, son, James Lummus and grandson, Joshua Trimble. Survivors: wife, Willie J. Swoyer, siblings, Lorraine Walker, Terri Rowland and Dennis Ketterer; children, Scotty Swoyer and wife, Regina, Edwin Swoyer and wife Karen, Roxann Swoyer and Ronald Milligan and Jeannie Lummus; grandchildren, Jason Trimble, Brian Storm, Jeremy and John Lummus, and Sarina Swoyer; great-grandchild, Ashlyn Lummus.
