Margaret "Snookie" Judd, 81, a loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2006 peacefully at home with her family. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Monday in Azleland Cemetery. Margaret was born May 23, 1925 in Best to Hatton and Edna Mae Moore, who preceded her in death. She had lived in Azle for 30 years, was a devoted homemaker, loved yardwork, cooking for family events, reading, sewing, craftwork and her favorite, fishing on the Colorado or Llano River banks with her family. She will be fondly remembered in the hearts and memories of her loving family. You are home now, with the Lord, there is no more pain. We love you, you are always in our hearts and memory. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Judd, a brother, Bobby Moore and a granddaughter, Denise Judd. Survivors: four sons, Dennis and wife, Arlene of Aransas Pass, Darrell and wife, Nell of Lake Bridgeport, Billy of Haltom City, Jimmy and wife, Susie of Rhome; nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; a sister; four brothers; and numerous nephews and nieces.
