Audrey W. Fisher

Audrey Fisher, 80, of Weatherford, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007 at her home surrounded by her family.Audrey White Fisher was born August 12, 1926 in Davis County, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Charles and Nessie White. She was reared in Dennis, Texas, was a life long resident of Parker County and active and devoted member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Audrey retired from Piggly Wiggly after fifteen years of service as a meat wrapper. She was preceded in death by a son and great grandson.Audrey is survived by her husband of 43 years, Willie L. Fisher of Weatherford; daughter, Linda Brunette of Bellville; son, Claude Fisher and wife, Dianne of Jacksonville, AL; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; sisters, Lorene Rutledge of Weatherford and Charlene Lamb of Bridgeport; and a host of nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Calvary United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Brock Cemetery, Brock. The family will receive guests from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford.
