Bessie Gay Ellison

Gay Ellison, 95, died Sunday, January 21, 2007 in Azle.Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Azleland Cemetery, Reno. Visitation: 5 to 7 P.M. Tuesday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Gay was born October 9, 1911 to George Washington and Elizabeth Childress in Avery. She had been a resident of Azle for 38 years and was a member of the Baptist Church. Gay was a retired real estate broker. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, four sisters and a stepson. Survivors: husband of 35 years, Albert Allen Ellison of Azle; nieces, Billie Kidwell and Ellie Smith both of Fort Worth; and three stepchildren.
