Raymond Douglas May

Raymond Douglas May, 77, retired from the Weatherford School District, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at a Weatherford nursing center.Raymond Douglas May was born Feb. 23, 1930 in Fort Worth, son of the late T.T. and Ethel Anderson May. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army, Sept. 23, 1948.Mr. May is survived by his wife, Evelyn Lois May of Weatherford; children, Michael Sutherland of Peaster, Garry Sutherland and wife, Susan, of Fort Worth, Robert Sutherland and wife, Cheryl, of Fort Worth, William Sutherland and wife, Donna, of Weatherford, Michelle Sneed and husband, David, of Copperas Cove, Margaret Hogan and husband, Johnny, of Granbury, Judith Brown and husband, Harold, of Garner, Raylyn Haley of Weatherford, Joyce Gonzales and husband, Lupe, of Fort Worth; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Nancy Osburn, Rita Johnson, and Janie Rodgers.Memorial Services are scheduled 2 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2007 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford.
