Bobbie Pittman

Bobbie Pittman, 76, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007 at a local hospital.Bobbie Pittman was born May 14, 1930 in Terrell to the late Clyde and Betty Mae Lester Morris. On December 7, 1952 she married the late James Pittman and together started their family. Bobbie had a very outgoing personality and loved everybody she met. In 1974, Bobbie and Big Jim moved to Rio Brazos and lived there for the remainder of their lives. Bobbie was a member of the Baptist church and the Women's Club in Rio Brazos.Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister, Beatrice Lay; and brothers, John and Lee Morris.Bobbie is survived by her son, Johnny Pittman and wife, Francis, of Hurst; daughter, Hazel Pittman Rowland and husband, Mike Blekkenk, of Fort Worth; granddaughters, Michelle Baldwin of Rio Brazos, Kasey Madison and husband, Jerol, of Fort Worth, and Kerensa Pittman of San Marcus; grandsons, Jim Boggs and wife, Ashley, of Springtown, and Bryan Pittman of Hurst; great-grandchildren, Mariah Casillas, Hunter Baldwin, and Jordyn Madison; many nieces and nephews; and a host of loving family and friends.Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2007 in White's Chapel of Memories. Burial will be in Tin Top Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
