James B. "Jack" Roach II, 64, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Friday, March 23, 2007, at his residence in Weatherford. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 26 in White's Chapel of Memories. Burial will be in Woods Extended Cemetery in Pineland. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Jack was born in Waco to James and Lillian Roach. He was a high school all-American and attended school in Gatesville and then played football for Texas A&M. He received a degree from Texas A&M in marketing and a degree in accounting from UTA. Jack was a senior staff analyst at Lockheed Martin for 30 years. He married Glenda Sept. 12, 2003. Jack had lived in Weatherford since 2001 and had grown up in the Methodist church. Jack loved his grandchildren dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Pat Hale Roach. Survivors: Wife, Glenda Roach of Weatherford; daughter, Andrea Marshall and husband, Gerry of Shady Shores; son, Brandon Roach and wife, Anne of Arlington; granddaughter, Lundyn Marshall; grandsons, Chase and Max Marshall; stepdaughters, Angie Shepherd of Singer, La., Veronica Cluckey and husband, Craig of Kearney, Mo.; stepgranddaughter, Alania Snoke of Lake Charles, La.
