Harold Barrett

Harold Barrett, 75, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007.Born in Mineral Wells, Texas, a graduate of Mineral Wells High School and Hardin Simmons University, Harold was a high school coach for 34 years. He served as deacon and former staff member of First Baptist Church of Weatherford.He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Virgie Barrett; brother, Norman Barrett; and son, Dennis Barrett.Survivors include wife, Anita Barrett of Weatherford; daughter, Nancy Young and husband, Clint; son, Richard Barrett and wife, Kim; grandsons, Bryan Barrett, Logan Barrett, Dylan Dyer; sister-in-law, Margie Barrett; nephew, Russell Barrett and wife, Betty; niece, Susan O'Quinn and husband, Jimmie.Funeral services are scheduled 1 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2007 at First Baptist Church, 221 W. Church Street, Weatherford. Burial will be in Woodland Park Cemetery, Mineral Wells. The family will receive relatives and guests 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford.
