Dale M. Sanders

Dale M. Sanders, 60, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at a Fort Worth hospital.Dale Martin Sanders was born Jan. 26, 1947 son of the late Lee and Hattie Sanders. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for Kaiser Aluminum and Swift, and later worked as a general contractor. An avid outdoorsman, Dale enjoyed fishing, camping and working on cars.He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Angela Sanders and mother-in-law, Jo Tongate.Dale is survived by his wife, Glenda Sanders of Weatherford; sons, David Sanders, Billy Sanders and wife, Stasi, and Brian Sanders, all of Fort Worth; step-sons, Tony Thomas and wife, Tamara of Benbrook, and Brian Thomas and fiancé, Heather Doyle of Weatherford; grandchildren, Sabrina Sanders, Gracie Sanders, and Connor Thomas; sisters, Ginger Miller, Carol Steriwalt and Linda Petty; brothers-in-law, Jackie Tongate, David Tongate, Russell Tongate, Michael Tongate, John Cornwall and wife, Becky, and Don Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2007 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Weatherford. The family will receive guests 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford.
