Kimsey Thompson, 90, a retired lumberjack, went home to heaven Thursday, June 28, 2007 in Azle.Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Monday at White's Azle Chapel. Burial: Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Kimsey was born November 14, 1916 in Freeburg, MO. to Ambrose and Lulie Thompson. He loved to fish, raising cattle, his family and relationship with friends at church. Kimsey was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, one daughter, and serveral brothers and sisters.Survivors: wife, Carolyn Thompson of Azle; son, Kinnith Thompson and wife, Carolyn of Jefferson City, MO.;daughter, Marilyn Mirza of Garland; stepsons, Richard and Ronnie Lutman both of Fort Worth,and Curtis Lutman of New York, NY.; stepdaughters, Kathy McLemore and husband, Pat of Granbury, Patti Hoyle and husband, John of Fort Worth; brother, Jim Thompson of Dixon, MO; sister, Dessie Helton of St. Louis, MO.; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
