Clara Lee Thomas

Clara Lee Thomas, 83, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007 at a hospital in Altamonte Springs, Fla. Clara Lee Thomas was born March 17, 1924 in Okfuskee, Okla., the daughter of the late Emmett and Nora Ellen Furr Gray. She was a loving and caring mother and loved and lived life to its fullest. She was a resident of Weatherford for many years during the 1940s and 1950s. Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Thomas, in 1998; her parents; and five brothers and sisters. Clara is survived by her daughter, Ellen Bullock and husband, Larry, of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; grandsons, William Bullock and wife, Wendy, of Apollo Beach, Fla. and Marcus Bullock and wife, Andrea, of Chuluota, Fla.; great-grandchildren, Wilson Bullock, Hannah Hockenberry and Michael Bullock; sister, Hazel Higgins of Midwest City, Okla.; dear friend, Jeanne Edwards of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007 in the Bethel Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation will be held 9 a.m. to Noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
