C. Randall Knupp (Randy) 59, loving husband and dedicated family member, died peacefully at home Saturday, July 21. His wife, Joyce was with him. Memorial service: Randy's family and friends will gather at White's Funeral Home, 401 N Main St. Springtown, TX. We will celebrate his life with us on Friday, July 27 at 1:00 p.m.Memorial: The family requests that memorial donations be made to The Vitas Hospice Foundation at 2501 Parkview Dr, Suite 600, Ft. Worth, TX 76102.Randy was born in Warren, Pennsylvania, July 13, 1948. His family moved to Texas in 1952. Randy loved to say, "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here just as fast as I could". Randy graduated from L. D. Bell High School and was in the graduating class of 1970 at Texas A&M University. He proudly served six years in the Texas National Guard. During Randy's career, he was transferred out of Texas many times. He always found some way to get back. He had a great love for Texas and being close to his family. Randy loved the outdoors and enjoyed many hunting and fishing trips with his family and friends. He also liked a good prank and he laughed just as hard when the pranks were pulled on him.Survivors: Those left to remember and celebrate knowing him, are his loving wife of 36 years, Joyce; father, Charles R. Knupp of Runaway Bay; brothers, James L. Knupp of Dallas, Mark G. Knupp of Azle, Cary A. Knupp of Paradise; stepsister, Lisa Austin; stepbrother, George Toledo, and all who would like to join them on Friday.
