Marlita Lou DiCapua

Marlita L. Collins DiCapua, 75, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 30, 2007, surrounded by loving family members.Marlita was born February 3, 1932 in Weatherford, to Charles "Doc" Collins and Ida Marie Beard. She married James Richard "Dee" DiCapua on March 16, 1957. Marlita, who was known as Granny, will be remembered for her free spirit and classy style. She worked for many years at Weatherford Housing Authority. After retiring her hobbies were spending time with her family and home shopping.Marlita is survived by her husband, James "Dee" DiCapua; son, Gary Moseley Sr.; daughters, Donna Walton and husband, Bobby, and DeAnna Pigg and husband, David; sister, Crystal Brown and husband, Clark and their daughter, Crissida; grandchildren, Gary Moseley Jr. and wife, Leisa, Chris Bruton and wife, Amy, Chad Bruton and wife, Heather, Brittani Bruton, Sharee Hull, Dillon Moseley; six great grandchildren; and her special friend and cousin, Pauline Gilliland.Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2007 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Weatherford. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home.
