O. C. Henry, 100, went to be with his Lord Sunday, August 12, 2007 in Ft. Worth. Funeral: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at Cornerstone Community Church Burial: Jaybird Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the Funeral Home. O. C. Henry was born May 26, 1907 the son of John and Willie Draper Henry. He was born and raised in the Reno Community. Mr. Henry retired from Swift and Co. after 27 years. As a young man, he helped to build Hwy 199, which was at that time Hwy 34. Mr. Henry loved God and his church family. He loved his church, and especially enjoyed building his church. Mr. Henry loved cows and farming. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. Mr. Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Zona Sisk Henry; sisters, Marie Devellier, Alice Ritchey; brothers, Jack Henry, Otis Henry, and William "Pete" Henry. Survivors: Daughter, Bobbie Anderson and husband, Billy R. of Azle; grandchildren, Linda Shields and husband, Lyndall, Donny Anderson, Jerry Anderson and wife, Rebecca, Michael Anderson and wife, Misi; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Stacy Henry; and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Henry and Marie Henry.
