Benny Blair

Benny Blair, 62, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007 at his home in Azle. Chapel services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday in White's Azle Chapel. Burial will be at JayBird Cemetery located between Azle and Springtown. Benny was born May 6, 1945 in Fort Worth to Ola and VC Blair. He loved collecting antiques of all kinds, fishing, hunting and spending time with family and grandkids. Mr. Blair was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara; and brother, Bob. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Jill York of Azle; daughters, Stacey Dunkin, Kelly Barrett and husband Brett; sister, Sharon Whittenburg and husband Larry; brother, Banty Blair and wife Diane; sister, Kay Caudill and husband Norman; grandchildren, Teresa Cornwall and husband Scott, James Clifton, Tammie Ricker and husband Chad, Jennifer Clifton, Lauren Dunkin and Blair Dunkin, Benjamin Barrett; great-grandchildren, Meagan Beckman, Madison Cornwall, Austin Rickert, Jonah Clifton, Autum Clifton, Darius Clifton, Sara Clifton and Darian Clifton.
