Eva Jean Morrow Sanborn, 75, of Weatherford, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2007.Eva Jean was born August 12, 1932 in Fort Worth, the daughter of the late James Everett and Josie Catheryn Bryson Morrow. She married Paul Sanborn Jr. on December 3, 1951 in Fort Worth, and moved to Weatherford in 1974. Eva Jean loved to fish, play pool, and work word search puzzles. She was a long time member of the Weatherford Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Known as "the best mom in the world", because of Eva Jean's love and Bible trained guidance, her children were able to be better parents. She was always on the go and had a smile for everyone.Eva Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sanborn Jr.; parents; two brothers; and two sisters.Eva Jean is survived by her son, Paul Ditson "Skip" Sanborn III and wife, Dianne, of St. Louis, MO; daughter, Debrah "Debie" Lyn Sanborn Lacy and husband, Carl L., of Burleson; son, Darryl "Desi" Sanborn and wife, Wendy, of Weatherford; granddaughters, Heather Dawn Michael and husband, Jonathan, of Venus, Amber Nassar and husband, Raid, of Fort Worth, and Danielle Rose Lacy; grandsons, Paul Ditson "Chipper" Sanborn IV, T.J. Sanborn, and Andrew Carl Sanborn, all of St. Louis, MO, and Michael Vance Lacy; great-grandchildren, Leah Ruth Michael, Malik Raid Nassar; and sister, Naomi Kirkpatrick of Haltom City.A memorial service will be held at 4 pm. Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Kingdom Hall, Weatherford Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 129 Azle Highway, Weatherford.
