Wanda Ruth Wisdom

Wanda Ruth Wisdom, 72, of Weatherford passed away Friday, December 14, 2007 at her home. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Monday at White's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Wanda Ruth was born to Charlie and Viola Holmes on June 15, 1935. She married Grover Wisdom on October 28, 1950. Wanda was preceded in death by son, Barron Lee Wisdom; brother, Herbert Ray Holmes; and sister, Nevella Phillips, both of Honey Grove. Survivors include her loving husband, Grover; sons, Glenn Wisdom and wife, Pam of Weatherford, Danny Wisdom of Red Oak, Mark Wisdom of Arlington; brothers, Clarence Holmes of Harold, Thomas Holmes of Honey Grove, and J.R. Holmes of Weatherford; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
