Buddy Ray Nunn

Buddy Nunn, 81, a retired petroleum engineer, passed away Monday, May 5, 2008. Buddy was born in Wetumka, Okla, the son of Verdie and Alcie Nunn. He was a member of the Springtown Church of Christ. Mr. Nunn proudly served in the Army and Air Force during WW II. He loved photography, gardening, and traveling in the Northwest, Canada and Alaska with his wife. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Nunn. Survivors: wife, Barbara; sons, Les Nunn and wife, Phyllis of Chignik, AK, Kenneth Nunn and wife, Cindy of Pampa; daughter, Jackie Hamilton of Amarillo; step-daughter, Karri Evans and husband Randy of Big Springs; step-son, Gregory Stroud and wife, Alisha of Pampa; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Ross of Canon City, Colo.; one niece; one nephew; and many loving friends.
